Elie Naoum brings over 15 years of experience in management consulting, strategic operations, and enterprise program leadership. He has worked with Fortune 500 clients, government agencies, and startups in roles that demanded strategic planning, process improvement, risk mitigation, and technology integration. His consulting career began in Washington, DC with the federal public sector, followed by an investment bank stint in NYC, culminating in several years with Ernst & Young's Cleveland office. As a Manager with the global firm, Elie led complex transformational projects across automotive, metals & mining, and diversified industrial product clients. His exposure to clients locally and across the globe gave him the experience to step into a key role with a local real estate investment fintech startup, Upright. During his tenure, working closely with the leadership team, Elie stood up the Business Operations and Product Strategy functions.

Elie established an independent consulting offering, delivering program management and chief-of-staff services. He's played a key role supporting leadership teams across different industries and solutions - most recently an innovative AI drive-thru solution for a quick-service restaurant and driving  another  acquisition for an audiobook distribution platform.

As a first generation Lebanese-American, Elie learned how important it is to know and preserve his heritage. Raised in a family active in the Cleveland St. Maron's parish, family and community were integral to him and siblings' upbringing. The camaraderie and solidarity that AAC provides to the Arab American community in Cleveland resonated deeply with Elie's vision for a more connected community.
