Anesa Elhaddi

My name is Dr. Anesah Elhaddi and I am a proud Yemeni-American, wife, and mother, currently in my Anesthesiology Residency at Case Western/University Hosptials in Cleveland, OH. I was born and raised in Brookfield, Ohio. I am the youngest of four children. I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology and immediately worked in the healthcare field as a medical lab technician for a few years. Thereafter, I graduated from Northeast Ohio Medical University with my medical degree. My passion for medicine and caring for others was instilled in me at such a young age. Not only do I enjoy saving lives, but I enjoy making my patients pain free. I find my career to be mentally stimulating and challenging on a daily basis. I plan on pursuing a career in private practice and I hope to be an inspiration for all who pursue medicine as a future career. I am proud to be a part of the Arab-American community here in Cleveland and hope to connect with others in sharing common interests and the richness of our Middle Eastern culture. No matter what the goal is, if you put your mind to it, work hard and persevere you will achieve. My favorite quote is “The future depends on what you do today.” -Mahatma Gandhi
